We prepare the document package and accompany the submission. The decision to grant a visa is made by the consular authority; the tour operator has no influence over it.

- Processing times
- Processing time is set by the consular authority and may change without notice. The approximate time depends on the country and visa type: your manager states it before payment and confirms it in writing in reply to your request.
- Important
- A consular refusal does not constitute a failure by the tour operator to perform its obligations. The tour operator's service fee is not refunded in the event of a refusal, and the consular fee is non-refundable under consular rules.
