Request
You leave a request on the site or message us. A manager confirms the dates and group size and proposes an option.

We confirm seat availability and send the terms: what the price includes, what is paid separately, payment deadlines and the refund procedure.

Payment
A prepayment is made, the balance is due within the period stated in the «Payment and booking» section. Payment methods are listed there as well.

The trip
Before departure you receive the meeting time and place. During the trip you stay in contact with the agency.

Price in soum
Prices are stated in the national currency. The price does not depend on the payment method.
Refund procedure
Cancellation deadlines and retention amounts are published in advance and are not changed retroactively.
